A hands-on one-year diploma program to explore, learn, and master the world of Art & Craft—from paper work to clay modeling and Indian traditional arts. Learn to turn your creativity into a profession!
The Diploma in Art & Craft is a comprehensive one-year program designed to develop both creative and technical skills in various areas of craft and applied art. This course offers an exciting opportunity to transform creativity into a profession by learning to create beautiful and functional art using simple, everyday materials.
Whether you're passionate about paper crafting, decorative items, traditional folk art, or sustainable creations using recycled materials, this course provides a strong foundation. Students are introduced to the essentials of drawing, colour theory, and creative design techniques while being guided to explore their own unique artistic expressions. Activities such as origami, paper mache, candle making, fabric painting, and Warli and Gond art are part of the curriculum, making it deeply engaging and skill-based.
With support from experienced faculty and dedicated hands-on sessions, students not only learn the art of crafting but also the business side of it—how to present, promote, and sell their handmade creations.
